The cost of the work can be negotiated at fair market price and does not exceed $4.5 million
Here's How it Works:
1. Your agency develops a statement of work, prepares a government cost estimate, and secure the funding for the contract.
2. Your agency selects AFL to perform the work and submits a procurement request to your Contracting Officer.
3. The Contracting Officer prepares and submits an offering letter directly to the SBA contract below:

4. AFL Enterprises, LLC prepares and submits a proposal to your Contracting Officer.
