GROUP Room Rate:

Group room rate of $179.00 plus 10.8% tax per night

Group Resort Fee $10 per day (normally $60)

Group Nightly Daily Valet - $25 (normally $65)

PLEASE NOTE: The GROUP Rate of $179.00 plus tax is guaranteed for reservations made on or before the Reservation Due Date of October 13, 2026. Any reservations made after the Reservation Due Date shall be at the Hotels then current available rate. If reservation is cancelled after October 13, 2026, Individual will forfeit the deposit equal to one night stay (room and tax).

Hotel will honor GROUP rate to program attendees three (3) days prior and/or three (3) days after the program. Rooms are on space availability basis. It will be at the hotel’s discretion if they can accept the GROUP rate at that time.

Deposit/Cancellation Information:

Credit card required at time of booking. One night, non-refundable, payment will be billed on 10/13/26. Cancellations after this date will be billed one night room/tax. No-shows will be billed one night room/tax and remaining nights reserved will be cancelled.
